Regarding the infrastructure implementation plan and considering the future development of a data center, data center authorities prefer to implement some of infrastructures from the beginning, and not face the heavy costs of equipment that they will not need at least in the next few years. With this in mind, TIAM Network hot and cold Aisles are designed to provide future development capabilities.

In the event that all design coolers are not needed at first stage of operation, and in practice, the purchase of these coolers only takes place after a few years, in order to enclose a cold or hot Aisle, TIAM Networks Suggests a Blank Chassis (Spacer) that installed instead of the coolers and allows the Hot or Cold Aisle encloses completely. In the future, after purchasing a new cooler, the chassis will come out of space without having to open the infrastructure, and the new cooler will be installed in place.

In this solution, cooling systems are located between racks. These systems direct airflow into the cold aisle and cause moderate temperature of cold aisle and air of racks.

In design of cooling system, the airflow produced by radial fans is simulated by air flow simulation software and flow lines carefully examined for 90 degrees change in the air flow direction. After production and test procedures, this system is now considered as a serious rival for celebrated products.
